- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My services have different prices per hour vs. per course. The more hours and the longer the course gives a more beneficial price per hour. Additionally, pricing is more advantageous when a group purchases a class. For pricing, a student must tell me what type of course they want. Finally, clients may earn free class credits when they refer other students/clients who purchase a course.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I specifically design the course for each student. I begin by asking them to tell me their needs so that I may fulfill them. Then, as we work together, I continually refine our lessons according to those needs and any other needs, wants, or interests that they have.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
1. Bachelor and Master of Arts in French. 2. Spanish Diploma earned after a full year of study at the University of Granada, Spain 3. Masters +30 Degree in Teaching English as a second language. 4. Massachusetts certification in teaching English, Spanish, French. 5. Certification in teaching online courses. 6. Teaching for over 25 years. 7. Life training from living abroad for a combined total of 15 years in France, Spain, and Kenya as well as extensive travel in Canada, England, Western Europe and Mexico.
